Vignoble

Our family-owned estate consists of 35 hectares of red wine varieties and 5 hectares of Sauvignon Blanc in the Premières Côtes de Blaye appellation.

Accounting for 80% of our red wine varieties, Merlot is planted on diverse terroirs (gentle clay-limestone slopes, a sandy plateau, and light clay soil), producing a blend of great complexity.

Planted on clay soil, Cabernet Sauvignon constitutes 15% of our red wine varieties. This enhances maturity as well as providing fruit and structure to our wines.

Grown exclusively on clay-limestone soil, Malbec accounts for the remaining 5% of red wine varieties. It produces wines rich in flavour and colour.

Our Sauvignon Blanc grows on Cailleteau Bergeron's best sandy terroir, producing a wine full of lovely citrus, lychee, and peach aromas.
We have planted more Sauvignon Blanc since 2002 to meet increasing demand.
